Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Expands in Central California

Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate announced the addition of its latest California-based brokerage, Haven Properties, to its international franchise network. The newly named Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Haven Properties, led by Gavin Payne, will maintain its downtown office locations, and will continue to serve its core area of San Luis Obispo County, along with Santa Barbara County and the Santa Ynez Valley. This encompasses Arroyo Grande, Pismo Beach, Morro Bay, Paso Robles, Nipomo, Templeton and Orcutt.
