A modern design language gives the fourth-generation Sports Activity Vehicle (SAV) designed for premium midsize market an impressive exterior presence and dynamic grace. High-grade materials, an expanded standard specification and advanced digitalization create a luxurious ambience inside this progressive designed cabin. The BMW X3’s modern aesthetic and enhanced product substance provide the ideal foundation to continue its success story, which began 20 years ago. As its range-topping model, this BMW X3 features the most powerful six-cylinder inline petrol engine ever seen on an M Performance vehicle: 3.0-liter M TwinPower Turbo unit is linked with 48V mild hybrid technology for maximum output of 293kW/398hp delivered through eight-speed Steptronic Sport transmission and BMW xDrive intelligent all-wheel drive; this powerful unit accelerates from rest to 100 km/h (62mph) within just 4.6 seconds!

This powerful powertrain comes together with custom chassis technology to produce an exceptionally agile, dynamic, and precise driving experience. Standard features of M Sport suspension include variable sport steering with variable sport brakes. 20″ M light alloy wheels feature M Sport differential integrated into rear axle for improved handling precision while adaptive M suspension with electronically controlled dampers is an optional extra. Furthermore, BMW’s control display provides access to DTS AutoStage Video Service powered by TiVo(tm). The video app in the BMW X3 provides customers with access to an expansive library and streaming services, and includes AirConsole gaming platform’s popular quiz “Who Wants to be a Millionaire?. BMW Digital Premium provides additional data usage coverage for digital services offered. In addition to expanding navigation system functions and providing My Modes customization and Welcome/Goodbye Animation selection options, BMW Digital Premium allows digital payment of parking fees directly from within your vehicle in certain countries.

Smartphone integration using Apple CarPlay(r) and Android Auto(tm) comes standard on every BMW X3, making the user experience personalize-able through BMW ID and My BMW App. Furthermore, My BMW App enables setting up BMW Digital Key Plus ultra-wideband radio technology compatible smartphones running iOS or Android OS or an Apple Watch using My BMW App.
