Kellogg Company is again being recognized by Working Mother magazine for its policies, programs and corporate culture that supports working moms and busy parents.

Kellogg'sCompanies are selected for the Working Mother 100 Best Companies honor based on their access to and usage of family-friendly programs, including flexible work arrangements, paid parental leave and advancement of women.

“With thousands of mothers and fathers contributing their time and talent to our company, we encourage flexibility and do our best to support busy families,” said John Bryant, Chairman & CEO, Kellogg Company. “It’s important that our workforce reflects the moms and dads we serve so that we can better understand their needs and deliver foods to nourish their families.”

Kellogg supports family programs that help employees in all areas of their lives – including offering paid maternity and paternity leave, lactation rooms, flexible work arrangements and reimbursement for dependent care while away on business that occurs before or after normal work hours.

“We also encouraged managers to have conversations with employees about what work life means to them and what the company could do to help them be as effective as possible,” said Mark King, Global Head, Diversity & Inclusion, Kellogg Company. “Through an online resource, our employees share stories and enable others to adopt ideas that have proven successful for other moms and dads.”
