HP introduced new analytics and reporting capabilities with HP TechPulse, the extension of HP DaaS for Apple across Europe, and the expansion of HP Tech Caf\u00e9 Market and Walk Up centers around the world.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201cThe workforce is evolving with more remote and highly mobile employees. New enhancements include:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Predictive analytics for\u00a0Android<sup>1<\/sup>\u00a0and Mac devices complete HP\u2019s multi-OS capabilities to proactively address customer issues with hard disk and batteries. For Mac devices, TechPulse now provides thermal and over-heating intelligence before these problems affect users.<\/li>\n<li>Windows 10 hardware upgrade compatibility report to help customers plan for Windows 10 migration with the upcoming end of support for Windows 7.<\/li>\n<li>Improved inventory reports with the ability to manually add devices to help IT manage device inventory.<\/li>\n<li>Improved BIOS report to help customers identify potential vulnerabilities at the BIOS level.<\/li>\n<li>Suport for Microsoft telemetry integration to give customers a more comprehensive view of their fleet and to help customers make the most of their investments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Expansion of HP DaaS for Apple.<\/strong>\u00a0HP DaaS for Apple is a complete solution that delivers Apple hardware, insightful analytics, proactive management, and HP lifecycle services to help customers optimize assets and IT resources.
